From KidWorks to neighbourhood Club workshops, every event on this page is a chance for a kid to stop saying "I can't" and start saying "I did."
Impossible Kids Foundation events are built around one simple idea: every kid deserves a real, hands-on chance to try something new. Whether it's a full-day expo like KidWorks or a smaller neighbourhood Club workshop, each program is designed by people who work directly with families in Brantford and across Ontario, not by a marketing team guessing at what kids like.
We keep admission free or low-cost on purpose. Barriers keep the wrong kids out — the ones who'd benefit most from a hands-on career adventure or a creative workshop are often the ones whose families can least afford a ticket. That's why every sponsor and partner listed on this site exists: so no family has to choose between rent and a Saturday that could change how their kid sees themselves.
Most of our events run as timed-entry sessions rather than open drop-in blocks. This keeps wait times short, gives every child real one-on-one time at each station, and makes it easier for volunteers and staff to give kids their full attention instead of managing a crowd. When you register for KidWorks, you'll pick an entry window rather than just a date — that detail is on the ticket page and in your confirmation email.
New dates get added to this calendar as soon as venues and sponsors are confirmed, so it's worth checking back if a specific kind of event interests your family. We also post reminders and behind-the-scenes updates on our social channels in the weeks leading up to each one, including setup days when local sponsors and volunteers put the stations together.
